NWIN District Lock-In

GENERAL INFO:

When: Friday, April 12th, at One Church Kokomo (2734 S. Washington St. Kokomo, IN 46902)

Time: 7:30 PM - registration // 8:00 PM Event Kick-Off (EST) (PLEASE ENTER THROUGH THE WEST ENTRANCE)

Depart: Saturday, April 13th at 8:00 AM (EST)

Cost: Due on April 12th is $30.00 per person (no refunds)

REGISTRATION:

We have one way to register this year - Online:

• Have your students and adults register online here: Register Here
• There are no physical registration forms.
• The deadline for online registration is April 7, 2024.

*You can either register your students yourself or have them do it personally. We recommend you have two forms of registration: one for personal use and the other being the district registration. This is only so you can see who has registered and who has not.

NYI CONVENTION:

During the lock-in, we will take the opportunity to have our NYI Convention. This will take up an hour of our time together, and will follow our opening service. If you have any students that were nominated, we would encourage you to get them to attend.

ADULT SPONSORS:

Any adult coming to the District Lock-In is FREE of charge. As with every district event, each adult sponsor that is a part of a district event needs:

• A valid background check
• Sponsor application
• MinistrySafe Training (or other sexual abuse awareness service)
• At least 2 years removed from high school
